The anti-stab vest is constituted by an outer jacket, an anti-stab layer, and an anti-stab layer protective cover. The outer jacket is precisely sewn using 600D functional fabric and has functions like being water-resistant, anti-fouling, flame-retardant, and tear-proof. The anti-stab layer is composed of ultra-thin anti-stab sheets, aramid fiber anti-stab felt, EVA, and the like. The anti-stab layer protective cover is processed with a coating of nylon cloth and sealed by a hot gluing procedure, which has excellent water-proof and UV-resistant properties, ensuring the anti-stab performance to be long-lasting and stable.
Anti-stab performance: Under normal temperature, high temperature, and low temperature circumstances for testing, the falling body made up of a tool and counterweight reaches 2.4 kg, and with an impact energy of 24J ± 0.5J, it effectively impacts the protective clothing according to the insertion angles of 0° and 45°, and the protective clothing is not penetrated.
Flexibility in wearing: The anti-stab vest is very flexible when being worn, convenient to put on and take off, and after being worn, actions such as the free movement of both arms and human kneeling, jumping, squatting, running, pitching, turning, and so on are not significantly restricted.
